Dr. Jamison Spencer is the director of Dental Sleep Medicine for the Center for Sleep Apnea and TMJ, in Boise, ID and Salt Lake City, UT. He has personally treated thousands of patients with sleep apnea and TMJ problems, and now focuses on helping dentists help their patients with such problems.
Dr. Spencer is the Past-President of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain (AACP), a Diplomate of the American Board of Craniofacial Pain, a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, a Diplomate of the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine and has a Masters in Craniofacial Pain from Tufts University. He taught head and neck anatomy at Boise State University, and is adjunct faculty at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Dr. Spencer has been invited to give lectures on TMD, Dental Sleep Medicine and head and neck anatomy throughout the United States at every major dental meeting, Canada, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Australia, Europe and India. Dr. Spencer created Spencer Study Club, an online education, mentoring and implementation program to help dentists and their teams help more of their patients with sleep apnea and TMJ disorders.
Dr. Spencer now lives in Pleasant View, Utah with his wife of 30 years, Jennifer, and their 2 children of 6 who are still at home. Dr. Spencer enjoys outdoor activities including running, skiing, waterskiing and mountain biking, can still out ski all of his children and would have been at the Boston marathon in 2020 had it not been canceled.

Dr. Shane Creado is a board-certified psychiatrist and sleep medicine physician. He completed an undergraduate degree in physical therapy, and went on to earn his MD. He completed his psychiatric residency and sleep medicine fellowship at the University of Wisconsin where he was awarded the graduating resident award for academic achievement. He is also a sports psychiatrist, and is on the Board of Directors of the International Society for Sports Psychiatry, as its Chairman of Memberships.
Dr. Creado has clinical experience with the veterans population, college mental health, exercise prescription and mental health, co-morbid psychiatric and sleep problems, CBT-Insomnia, alcohol recovery groups, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), administrative psychiatry, health care policy, cultural psychiatry, couples therapy, and regressive hypnosis. He uses the skills he acquired in these disciplines to holistically apply evidence-based medicine in the service of his patients.

Dr. Jason Doucette’s extensive training in comprehensive dentistry over the past 21 years, coupled with his concern for every individual’s overall health have made him acutely aware of the vital role that efficient sleep plays in the optimal health and healing of his patients.

Haramandeep Singh, MD is a board-certified sleep medicine specialist and the CEO of iSleep Physicians. He practiced psychiatry for 8 years prior to getting his sleep medicine fellowship where he developed a keen interest in neuropsychiatric and other physiologic consequences of untreated sleep disorders. He has a large population of patients with OSA, narcolepsy and the gamut of sleep disorders. He has extensive experience in the understanding and interpretations of the gamut home sleep testing available and telemedicine processes and platforms and is licensed across the United States and DC.

Dr. Erin Elliott grew up in Southern California but went away to a small NAIA school in Western New York where she played collegiate soccer and graduated summa cum laude from Houghton College. After graduating Creighton Dental School in the top 5 in 2003, she settled in North Idaho to begin her general dentistry career.
She has a special interest in Dental Sleep Medicine and technology. She has lectured extensively on this topic and loves to help general dentists extend this life-saving service to their patients. She is an active member of her local American Dental Association, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. She teaches a 2 day Sleep Apnea Implementation Course with 3D-Dentists and Dr. Tarun Agarwal.

Dr. Suzanne Thai has practiced for 20 years and is the founder and owner of DFW Sleep Solutions. Featured in Living magazine’s SuperDocs, her practice, won “BEST of Denton County” awards for many consecutive years. In addition to helping thousands of patients improve their health, Dr. Thai has made it her mission to educate the community and local physicians on the importance of sleep, getting screened, tested, and treated for sleep apnea.
She is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, a Diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy, a Diplomate of the International Academy of Sleep, and was invited and has spoken at Harvard on the topic of Sleep Disordered Breathing. She wrote the book “Snoring: The Clue That Can Save Your Life” in 2018.
Outside of work, Dr. Thai loves music, singing, dancing, and spending time with her family, especially watching her 13 year old son, Connor, who is a professional dancer for the Dallas Cowboys.

Jagdeep Bijwadia, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and sleep medicine specialist. Dr. Bijwadia leads Synaptrx Sleep, which is a consultative practice focused on sleep disorders in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Dr. Bijwadia attended medical school at the University of Mumbai in India. He went on to complete an internal medicine residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, before rounding out his education with fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Dr. Bijwadia also has an executive MBA from the University of Saint Thomas in Minneapolis.
Dr. Bijwadia currently holds a faculty position as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the University of Minnesota, where he served as Director of the Sleep Program.

Jonathan Lown, MD, is board certified in internal medicine, sleep medicine and lipidology, and is the Clinical Director at Delta Sleep Center of Long Island. Selected as a member of the national medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha in 1992, Dr. Lown graduated medical school, Magna Cum Laude in 1995. From 1995 through 1998 he completed his residency and internship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.
In addition to private practice and frequent lecturing, Dr. Lown currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine for Stonybrook University’s Medical School. He holds two Diplomate statuses with the American Board of Internal Medicine in Sleep Medicine as well as Internal Medicine.

Col. Phillip Neal, DMD has over 30 years of federal service and has performed in many different leadership roles in the military. He led the charge in increasing the use of oral appliance therapy amongst soldiers in the Army, as well as working with his medical colleagues to increase awareness, screening and diagnosis of sleep disordered breathing.

Driven by a profound passion, unwavering dedication, and a wealth of education, Michael Cowen has been saving lives and reshaping the sleep medicine landscape since 2003. Inspired by his daughter’s triumphant battle with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, he became an expert in developing innovative sleep centers and home sleep tests in collaboration with physicians. In 2015, Michael leverages strategic business innovations and interpersonal relationship skills to help dentists pivot to the practice of their dreams.

Besides ‘dentist’, Angela Kowaleski has performed every role in a dental sleep practice over the past 20 years. She has mastered the art of targeting new referral sources and coordinating with providers to deliver optimal care and consistent communication.
Angela currently serves as the COO of GoTo Sleep Center for CPAP Alternatives alongside Dr. Stacey Layman and Lesia Crawford. They have three locations across the Phoenix Valley. She is the Queen of Cakes, and she’s living proof that big impact can come from the smallest things.

With over a decade of experience in the DSM field, Brandon Woltman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As a former educator, he seamlessly translates his teaching background into elevating sleep practices across North America.
Currently serving as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Star Sleep & Wellness alongside Dr. Kent Smith and the esteemed Star Team, Brandon excels in communication, implementing efficient systems, and employing motivational strategies. After punk rocking his way through restaurants in Northern and Southern California, Ben co-founded and served as Executive Chef of a trendsetting Farm-to-Table restaurant and multi-site hotel group in Pennsylvania.
Eventually, Ben wanted to prioritize his family and moved to Austin, TX. He started working for Sleep Better Austin in 2021, and soon found that not only did he love the entrepreneurial ethos of the company, but he also loved helping people reach their potential in life through sleep therapy. He realized that his hospitality skills—building relationships, delivering great service, and leading with purpose—were valuable in connecting with healthcare offices.
Ben currently serves as the Business Development Director for Sleep Better Austin and Frontier Sleep. He is married to the best friend he could ever ask for, Jen, and has two entertaining teenage brats.
